If the charging station shows offline status, please check the following:
WiFi configuration
If it says "Offline since" and date before installation, it is the date from when it was tested in production. This means that configuration against WiFi has never been done or that it has failed.

Signal strength
If the charging box goes offline back and forth, check the signal strength to the charging box and power meter. It should be at least approx. -80 dBm, where -60 dBm is very good signal strength and -90 is very bad.
Access point
If the power meter is connected to an extender/repeater, make sure it has a good signal to its AP (access point).
Mesh network
If the installation has a mesh network, it may mean that devices connected to it may have difficulty staying connected to the access point that has the best signal strength. One way around this is to use an extender/repeater with a different SSID than the rest of the network so our products stay fixed to these. With mesh networks that are wireless, it is important that the access points (AP) are evenly distributed. Putting an AP near the charging box and then having too much distance to the next AP will give a worse result than having an even distance between the access points.
LTE
If the Charge Amps Aura is an LTE version, it must be equipped with a SIM card. Make sure the SIM card is activated and has no PIN code. Check that the modem shows signal strength and "3G" and "4G".
If it still doesn't work, test it on a mobile phone if you can to make sure it's working properly.
LAN
If you connect Charge Amps Aura via LAN cable, it should be "plug and play". If the charging box does not come online by itself, the network may need to be adjusted.
When connecting the LAN, make sure that port 80 is open and that the charging box has access to the following:
- Cloud app - 20.50.2.11, port 80 (cpi.charge.space)
- FTP server for firmware update: 104.41.201.115, port 21
- For OCPP charger: 20.73.193.192, port 443 (ocpp.charge.space)
- That it is DHCP
