If the charging box is offline, check the following:
WiFi configuration
If it says "Offline since" and date before installation, it is the date from when it was tested in production. This means that configuration against WiFi has never been done or that it has failed.
Signal strengh
If Charge Amps Halo goes offline on and off, check the signal strength to the charging box and power meter. It should be at worst around -80 dBm where -60 dBm is very good signal strength and -90 is very poor
Access point
If Charge Amps Halo is connected to an extender/repeater, make sure it has a good signal to its AP (access point).
Mesh network
If the facility has a mesh network, it may mean that devices connected to it may have difficulty staying connected to the access point that has the best signal strength. One way around this is to use an extender/repeater with a different SSID to the rest of the network so that Charge Amp's products remain fixed to these. With mesh networks that are wireless, it is important that the access points (APs) are evenly distributed. Putting an AP close to the charging box and then having too much distance to the next AP will give a worse result than having an even distance between the access points.
